Laundromat
What are your hours?
Our laundromat is open 24 hours a day!
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we do. We have 6 load machines that can fit bulky items like comforters.
Are you attended?
Yes. There is always someone at our laundromat that can offer you any assistance that you may need.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Our machines only take coins.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off your laundry with one of our friendly attendants at any time.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use Persil laundry detergent when we wash your laundry. You can request out free and clear detergent if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a $20 minimum order for regular orders and a $25 minimum order for Rush Orders.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
We have three different turnaround times. Standard wash and fold is 24 hours. For same day the turnaround is 8 hours. For our rush service you get your clothes back in 2-3 hours.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery every day of the week, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
There is 24 hour turnaround time for pickup and delivery service.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $35 minimum order for pickup and delivery.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
Simply click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It only takes two minutes to create an account.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You can cancel at any time but we know you will stick with us because of our outstanding service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
We ask for your credit card or debit card when you place the order. You card will not be charged until your order has been weighed and completed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can go into your online account and suspend your pickup service until you get home.
